Level 2: Mind & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training – Level Two
Conquer the mind and you will conquer the world.
The mind may be the challenge—but within it lives the solution.
Mind & Meditation is an in-depth exploration of the nature of the mind and its relationship to meditation, awareness, and consciousness. This Level Two training invites you into a profound journey of self-observation, refinement, and transformation—where the mind shifts from obstacle to ally, becoming a clear, intuitive, and creative servant of the soul.
Through personal practice, group process, deep inquiry, and powerful meditative experiences, you will explore how the mind functions, how it projects, and how it can be consciously directed. As your awareness deepens, so does your ability to hold sacred space—for yourself, your students, and your community.
This training supports you in developing a strong, consistent, and personalized meditation practice while strengthening your direct perception of the teachings and your connection to the Golden Chain.
In this training, you will explore:
- The nature of the mind and how it works
- The three functional minds and how to access their positive qualities
- The 81 facets of the mind and how they influence perception and behavior
- Advanced Kundalini Yoga meditation techniques
- How to direct the mind toward clarity, happiness, and inner stability
- Developing and sustaining a personal, transformational meditation practice
Mind & Meditation is a cornerstone of Level Two, offering both personal and professional growth. You will recognize your own tendencies, cultivate stillness and intuition, and refine your meditative capacity—allowing excellence to arise naturally from self-awareness and devotion.
Excellence is acknowledging your own divinity and guiding others to realize it within themselves.
This course is open to graduates of Kundalini Yoga Level One Teacher Training and dedicated practitioners familiar with the foundational practices of Kundalini Yoga.
Completion of Mind & Meditation, along with the full Level Two program, leads to certification as a Kundalini Yoga Level Two Practitioner through KRI and eligibility for RYT-500 recognition with Yoga Alliance.
Offered in person and online, this training invites you to consciously engage your mind, investigate its many facets, and integrate its wisdom into daily life—so your life may blossom with the blessings of a healthy, functional, intuitive, and meditative mind.
Commit to refining your relationship with the mind—and allow meditation to transform how you live, serve, and lead.
