Cancellation Policy
We do not issue refunds back to your original payment card. Instead, we offer refunds in the form of credits to your Momence account. The credit can be used towards future classes, workshops, or purchases within our studio.
Personal Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a class or workshop, you must do so within our 24-hour cancellation window, which may vary depending on the event. Cancellations made within this window will result in a credit to your Momence Account for the full amount paid.
Medical or Emergency Circumstances: In the case of a documented medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please contact our studio management as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a credit to your Momence Account.
Expiration of Momence Account Credits:
Credits in your Momence Account do not expire and can be used at any time.

Classes can be booked 2 weeks in advance. It is advised to prebook classes before coming to the studio as space is limited. If space is available the teacher can accommodate you
