Quick Holiday Side Dish

10 carrots, sliced into thin sticks
2T olive oil
2T fresh ginger, grated
2t salt
2T sesame seeds
3T brown rice syrup ( can sub. Agave, honey, maple syrup, or molasses)

Heat oil on medium. Stir carrots, ginger, salt and sesame seeds for 3-5 minutes. Add sweetener, saute for 1-2 min until it dissolves. Serve hot.
