These easy pita pizzas are great for holiday left-overs. Kids love them and can make their own.
Spread some tomato or marinara sauce on a round of pita bread. Add your favorite toppings plus mozzarella, asiago or fontina cheeses (just about any cheese will do in a pinch). Broil until bubbly and nicely browned. Use any leftovers in your fridge to make a tastey treat in under 10 minutes.
