Sunder’s classic Southern side was a hit at our Friday gathering on September 30. We know you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

2 cups of dried Black-Eyed Peas, cooked then water drained off
1 Red Bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 large jalapeno, minced
3/4 bunch of Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 3 or 4 limes
Braggs and Tabasco to taste
Stir together serve room temp or chilled.
