A delicious healthy blend of fresh fruit in a tangy honey-ginger dressing.

1 large mango

2 bananas, sliced

1 1/2 cup blueberries

3 tsps fresh lemon juice

Dressing

3/4 cup nonfat yogurt

1tsp honey

2 tsps minced candied ginger

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Serve on watercress if desired.

Serves 4
