These delicious cookies will naturally satisfy any sweet tooth, without gluten, flour, oil or eggs.
1 1/4 cup chickpeas smash in food processor
2 TBS. Vanilla
1/2 cup plus 2 tbs. natural peanut butter ( this is a must) must use natural or organic etc.
1/4 cup honey or agave
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or dates, peanut better chips, raisins etc.)
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor, fold in chips, roll into balls and place on wax paper in pan. Press with fork to flatten. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min.
