Kundalini Yoga

Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of awareness. The class sequences are passed down from Yogi Bhajan and include posture, breath, mudra (hand postion), movement and mantra (sound current).

Each class begins with a tune in, breathing exercises, warm ups, then a Yoga set followed by rest time and meditation. Kundalini Yoga is said to strengthen your immune, glandular and nervous systems.

This practice can energize and revitalize the body. It brings an awareness to the mind, body and spirit. Beginners are welcome. Read more

Oneness Blessing

Enter a State of Oneness

Oneness Blessing is a non-denominational benediction, a unique and specific blessing. It is the transfer of Divine Energy, which over time is designed to bring about the state of Oneness in the recipient.

Oneness Blessing is transferred by the Oneness Facilitator by placing his or her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute. Experiences during the Oneness Blessing vary--sometimes strong, sometimes subtle, sometimes delayed until days later. Read more

Hot Yoga

Heat and Approachable Challenge For All Levels

Hot Yoga is a series of postures practiced in a room heated to 100 degrees or higher. Half of the postures are standing and half are floor poses. Bring a towel, water and an absorbant mat.

Vinyasa Flow

Learn to Link Poses with Breath

Vinyasa Flow links traditional Hatha postures in a flowing sequence using the breath to guide movement from pose to pose.

This energetic class, appropriate for all levels, increases strength, enhances flexibility and balance and creates an awareness of how breath assists movement.

Amrit Yoga

Strengthen, Relax and Apply Yoga to Your Daily Life

The Amrit method is a dynamically active, deeply meditative, holistic style of Yoga that combines tenets from Hatha and Raja Yoga into a comprehensive system. This style uses asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (tuning through sound) and meditation to facilitate wellness.

This particular class emphasizes three key points: core strength, deep relaxation and the ability to apply Yogic techniques in your daily interactions.

Yoga Nidra Relaxation

Practice Breath and Body Awareness

Aging is inevitable; stress is optional.

Yoga Nidra is a simple way to create physical, mental and emotional balance in your life using easy-to-learn techniques that can be practiced sitting comfortably or lying down.

Yoga Nidra is said to have many beneficial effects on the body and mind. This meditation class promotes body awareness and attention to breathing.

Practice Kundalini as the Sun Rises to Refresh Your Spirit

The class starts with a 20 minute prayer from the Japji called 'The Meditation of the Soul'. A Kundalini yoga practice follows, then 62 minutes of chanting (Aquarian Sadhanna mantras).

Energetic Postures Promote Strength and Flexibility

Power Yoga is an energetic series of poses designed to build strength, increase flexibility and access inner freedom. This style is based on the Ashtanga Yoga system as taught by Pattabhi Jois.

Alignment Focus/Deep Stretch

Go Deeper

This Hatha class emphasizes precise alignment of the body in order to promote healing, balance and strength in a safe and encouraging environment. This class mixes flow to generate energy with longer holds to work on proper alignment of the body.

The teacher draws on the techniques used in Anusara, Iyengar and Integrative Yoga. She can accomodate all levels of ability, but the class is most appropriate for students with some Yoga experience.

Hatha Yoga

Yoga Postures Taught In an Approachable Way

Hatha Yoga is a nurturing practice of breath and form which creates strength and flexibility. 'Ha-tha' translates as "sun-moon."  Hatha is the general term for yoga asana practice and is the art of bringing balance and unity to body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome.

Restorative Therapeutic Yoga

Learn to Approach Your Unique Body and Situation 

Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle and flexible approach which accommodates students with different conditions, physical abilities, and emotional and spiritual needs.

Sessions typically include deep stretching, guided meditation, breath work, adaptations to poses and the use of props to provide complete support in certain poses.

Yin Yoga, ViniYoga, Yoga Nidra, Elemental Yoga and Restorative Yoga are examples of the styles that are utilized in this class.

Join the Yoga Adventure

Explore Yoga through stories, songs and games. Children will strengthen their bodies while learning to focus their minds in this fun-fulled introduction to yoga and meditation.

Yin and Yang

Creating Balance of Effort and Ease

Yin and Yang is an alternating class format. One week will feature a more active, Yang, approach to Hatha Yoga; the next week will feature a more restorative, Yin, approach. This regular Sunday class starts at 9AM.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga offers a gentle mix of Hatha and Kundalini styles to help mothers-to-be prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for the wondrous experience of birth. Exercises focus on softening and opening the hips, and increasing strength and stamina, tools a mother will need once labor begins. Each class also includes breath work to create a feeling of relaxation, another tool for labor. Some classes may also include meditation. Read more

This class opens the body and nourishes the spirit with detailed alignment instruction, an emphasis on energetic actions, and the interweaving of uplifting themes. Poses are sequenced to maximize safe stretching, and postures are held to allow practitioners not only to refine the technical aspects of their poses but also to cultivate mindfulness and to experience greater freedom.
