Up to four (4) immediate family members consisting of two adults and two children under the age of 18* Children over the age of 18-years are not eligible. Additional family members under age 18-years can be added for $25/month. After purchasing the Family membership online, please email or call our desk staff with the names of your family members who will share the membership -and each individual must sign a waiver and acknowledgment. **NOTE: Memberships rates are offered in return for a minimum 12 month commitment. Membership may be frozen for one month increments; a $15/mo fee will a apply. However, by freezing your Membership instead of canceling, you will lock in your rate for life, and ensure your access to the rate going forward.
ONLINE RESERVATION POLICY: Members may reserve online, up to one week in advance. Members who reserve and do not show up for class three times in any calendar month may lose their online reservation privdleges.

Precautions
As with any physical activity, yoga may lead to injury if not done properly. At Yoga Village, we stress the importance of practicing with a trained, certified yoga teacher.
Be sure to check with your doctor before trying yoga, just as you should with any physical activity, especially if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, or a recent back injury. Remember: Yoga instructors are not doctors. Only you and your doctor can decide if yoga is too difficult or might injure you, and only you know your personal level of fitness and conditioning. Listen to your body!
Some postures are not recommended during pregnancy. However, A Yoga Village offers special classes for pregnant women. Be sure to call your doctor if any exercises cause headaches, muscle cramps, dizziness, or severe pain in your back, legs, or joints.
