Prenatal yoga offers a gentle mix of Hatha and Kundalini styles to help mothers-to-be prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for the wondrous experience of birth. Exercises focus on softening and opening the hips, and increasing strength and stamina, tools a mother will need once labor begins. Each class also includes breath work to create a feeling of relaxation, another tool for labor. Some classes may also include meditation. Studies have shown that prenatal yoga improves sleep, and decreases a mother’s risk for preterm labor and high blood pressure.

Can't wait to hear Christine's angelic soulful voice. She has so much passion for her music and for invoking our Divine Consciousness! What a celebration!

Hope to see many new faces there amongst our beautiful group of Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainees! In love and gratitude, Vandana
