We will be adding more Jan to the schedule soon! She will be adding an Ashtanga-based class on Wednesday nights when we have the third studio space available. She and Rick will be subbing the Tuesday Restorative for the next month or so too. We love Jan! Cheers
Love her approach to class and her willingness to include all levels. We can all meet our needs in Jan’s class. Love the stories too! Would love to see more Ashtanga and challenging flow classes.
