Yoga Mix is a regular group class with a different teacher and theme each week. Mix it up for maximum mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Great idea
The Friday night yoga mix is such a great way to get involved in all of the different classes and teachers. It let's you explore the different options available to see which class and teacher will be your favorite. I already have my favorite, and try to attend as many classes as possible. I look forward to it every week.
